Delete your Fastvoi account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Fastvoi and go to Settings (الإعدادات).
2. Tap Privacy and your data («الخصوصية وبياناتك»).
3. Tap Delete my account («امسح حسابي») and confirm. The account is deleted at once.

Without the app

If you uninstalled the app or can't open it, enter the Google email you signed in with and send the request. We check that the request is yours, delete the account within 7 days, and write to that email when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, city and settings.
• All your tasks and reminders.
• Everything recorded from what you said: transcripts (if you agreed to keep them) and their numbers. Audio is never stored in the first place.
• Feedback you sent from the app, and your devices registered for notifications.

What is kept, and why

• One line in our internal log saying that an account with an internal number was deleted on a date, with no name or email, so we can show the request was carried out.
• The deletion request itself (email and date), if you sent it from this page, kept for one year as proof that we handled it, then deleted.
• Database backups expire on their own within 90 days.
• Crash reports (no name, email or anything you said) expire on their own within 90 days.

To delete only your transcripts and keep your account: Settings → Privacy and your data → Delete transcripts («امسح النصوص»).
